Strengthening Opportunities Across Education and the Public Sector
Whitfield & Brown is delighted to announce its successful appointment to the Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) Construction & Capital Works Framework, further strengthening the company’s ability to deliver high-quality construction projects across the education and public sectors.
The national framework brings together 40 contractors to support the delivery of education-led capital works projects across Great Britain, providing a compliant and efficient procurement route for schools, academies, colleges, universities, museums, local authorities and wider public sector organisations.
Whitfield & Brown has secured a place on Lot 1 – England (North) across the following workstreams:
- JCT Minor Works Building Contract (MW)
- JCT Intermediate Building Contract (IC)
- JCT Design & Build Contract with PCSA
Running from July 2026 to June 2028, with the potential to extend through to 2034, the framework will enable Whitfield & Brown to support clients in delivering new-build, refurbishment and capital improvement projects throughout the region.
