Whitfield & Brown Secures Place on Lots 1, 2 & 3 of the Procure Partnerships Framework

Whitfield & Brown is proud to announce that we have been successfully awarded a place on Lots 1, 2 and 3 of the third iteration of the Procure Partnerships North West Contractor Framework managed on behalf of Wirral Council, which officially goes live on 1st April 2026. This framework supports public sector construction and infrastructure projects across the region and will run for the next four years.

Our appointment reflects our continued commitment to delivering high‑quality construction projects, fostering collaboration and providing value to clients throughout the North West.

A Strengthened Partnership for Public Sector Delivery

The Procure Partnerships Framework serves as a leading procurement route for public sector bodies, with project values ranging from £50k to over £100m across 13 lots, covering construction, infrastructure and demolition.

We are delighted to confirm our appointment to:

  • Lot 1: £50,000 – £500,000
  • Lot 2: £500,000 – £1m
  • Lot 3: £1m – £5m

These awards further enhance our ability to support clients with projects of varying scale, while continuing to champion quality, collaboration, and regional growth.
