Whitfield & Brown delivered a fast-track refurbishment at the University of Liverpool Sports Centre, upgrading swimming pool and changing facilities within an occupied environment. Collaboration with the University minimised disruption.
Works included demolition of existing changing areas to form a modern changing village, replacement of curtain glazing with Kalwall systems, installation of a new air handling unit, new pool ceiling formation, and pool drainage, grouting, and screeding.
Delivered over fifteen weeks, the £1.2 million project demonstrates Whitfield & Brown’s expertise in complex refurbishments and leisure facilities delivered safely.
