Whitfield and Brown refurbished Electra House in Stockport transforming the former office building into high quality contemporary residential accommodation close to Cheadle Village. The development provided seventeen one and two bedroom apartments arranged over three storeys and totalling around twelve thousand square feet. Internal works created a welcoming entrance foyer a porters room a reception desk and secure mail facilities supported by modern apartment interiors designed to meet current living standards. Externally the building was enhanced through the rendering of existing brickwork along with replacement windows doors lighting and signage to create a cohesive contemporary appearance. Delivered in collaboration with Laurus Homes for Trafford Housing Trust the scheme also included secure rear parking and reflects Whitfield and Browns expertise in residential refurbishment and community focused development.
